个人简介 江南大学食品学院油脂及植物蛋白工程中心副教授(王兴国教授和金青哲教授团队),硕士生导师。主要从事微生物油脂、脂质安全与营养评价领域的教学和科研工作。
担任Critical Reviews in biotechnology、Journalof Biotechnology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology和Journal of Medicinal Plant Research等期刊审稿人。
主持国家自然基金青年基金项目“基于脂质组学的裂殖壶菌脂质反耗分子机制的研究”、江苏省自然基金青年基金项目“裂壶藻脂质反耗阶段脂质迁移规律及其分子机制的研究”、十二五科技支撑项目“高效低耗油脂适度精炼技术研究”、北京市科技计划项目“大豆分离蛋白与大豆肽的分析检测”等纵向项目4项。参与完成十二五支撑项目“油料油脂危害因子新型高效检测技术及产品研发”、“茶叶籽资源高效绿色制油关键技术与创新产品研发及产业化示范”、国家粮食局公益项目“五种油料加工过程特征指标研究”等纵向项目6项。主持完成益海嘉里和嘉吉粮油委托的“煎炸油质量评价技术开发研究”项目1项,参与“牡丹籽综合开发利用”、“香榧籽油新产品研究与开发”以及“食用调和油及相关食用油产品的研发”等企业项目5项。作为主要完成人,参与了全国粮油标准化技术委员会委托《油用牡丹籽》、《牡丹籽粕》、《椰子油》、《盐地碱蓬籽》、《茶皂素》等行业标准的制定。
近年来在国内外期刊发表论文30多篇,其中SCI 14篇,获授权专利6项。研究成果荣获“中国商业联合会科学技术进步奖“和“金龙鱼青年教师奖”等奖励。
