Rustam Shadiev（罗斯坦），乌兹别克斯坦籍，男，1974年2月27日生，台湾中央大学教育技术学博士毕业，现为南京师范大学教育科学学院教授。2010年以来发表SSCI论文40篇，另有多篇论文录用待发，获“江苏****”称号。母语为俄语和乌兹别克语，熟练掌握英语等语言。


教育经历：
2007.9-2012.1，台湾中央大学，网络教育专业，获博士学位，导师为国际知名教育技术学专家黄武元教授、陈年兴教授。
1991.9-1996.7，撒马尔罕州立大学（乌兹别克斯坦），教育技术专业，获学士和硕士学位。


工作经历：
2012.4-2016.10，台湾成功大学，先进学习技术研究，博士后，导师为国际知名教育技术学专家黃悦民教授。
2012.2-2012.3，台湾中央大学网路学习研究所，研究助理。
2005.12-2007.8，联合国发展项目组（乌兹别克斯坦），项目协调人。
