2012-2015年，上海海洋大学大学，上海市农业科学院食用菌研究所联合培养，食品科学与工程专业，硕士学位；
2008-2012年，青岛农业大学，食品科学与工程学院，食品科学与工程专业，学士学位；
2019年11月至今 南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院讲师
2015年8月-2016年5月 上海市农业科学院食用菌研究所 研究助理
研究领域及方向：
（1） 主要研究领域为天然活性物质提取及生物活性分析；
（2） 天然活性物质与胃肠道菌群互作；
（3） 糖脂代谢与胆固醇代谢；
（4） 功能性食品研究与开发。
