BiographyDr. Leung Wing Kwan graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2001. He joined the Department of Paediatrics, Prince of Wales Hospital after completion of internship in 2002. He received basic and higher Paediatric training in PWH and obtained specialist qualification in Paediatrics in 2008. He joined the Paediatrics haematology / oncology / BMT team in 2007 and had ten years of work experience in this field. He received overseas fellowship training in this specialty in Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto in 2009. He continued to work in the team in Prince of Wales hospital and was promoted to associate consultant in 2013. His main interest is in paediatric haematological malignancies, haemophilia and thrombosis. He had participated in international clinical trials including treatment protocols on paediatric acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and new drug clinical trials especially on haemophilia therapy.
