Dr Ho has substantial experience in property development including feasibility studies, property acquisition, lease modification and town planning submission; project management from conceptual design to completion of large-scale commercial and residential projects; quantity surveying services for both pre- and post-contract stages; and resolution of building contract disputes by arbitration and/or mediation and acting as an expert witness.
