Biography I am an Assistant Professor of Management Sciences in the College of Business, City University of Hong Kong. I received mybachelor's degreefrom Tsinghua University and Ph.D. in Statistics and Operations Research from UNC Chapel Hill.My research interests are within the area of modeling, analysis, and control of stochastic systems. with applications arising from healthcare operations and smart-city operations.
