曹学年，1964年5月生，湖南澧县人，湘潭大学数学与计算科学学院教授、硕士生导师。1984年本科毕业留校任教，1989年获湘潭大学计算数学专业理学硕士学位，2001年获中国工程物理研究院计算数学专业理学博士学位，同年被评选为湖南省高校青年骨干教师培养对象，2002年晋升为教授，2005年4月至2006年4月，由国家留学基金委员会资助，在澳大利亚昆士兰大学先进计算模拟中心访问。目前主要从事分数阶微分方程数值方法、刚性微分方程高效数值方法及应用研究。
