中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所研究员,博士生导师,国务院政府津贴享受者。中国土壤学会土壤肥力与肥料专业委员会委员、湖南省土壤肥料学会常务理事,研究方向为土壤生态。致力于土壤养分循环与调控及退化生态系统恢复重建研究。系统研究了植被恢复过程中土壤剖面有机碳的含量、组成与稳定性机制、微生物群落组成和结构特征;发展了森林及农田土壤木质素与纤维素测定方法及基于探地雷达技术的喀斯特非连续性土壤有机碳密度的估算方法;建立了喀斯特峰丛洼地合理利用当地有机物资源的固碳增汇技术与模式;研究揭示了水分条件及土壤性质对亚热带水田和旱地土壤DOC的去向的影响,明确了土壤有机碳转化过程中微生物及DOC组成与结构的作用。现主持国家重点研发项目课题及国家基金面上项目各1项,获湖南省科技进步一等奖1项及中国科学院科技促进发展一等奖2项。发表学术论文180余篇,授权发明专利8项。
