湖南平江人,1972年1月生,中国共产党党员。主要从事土壤微生物生态学研究,广西师范大学、中南林业科技大学兼职硕士生导师。先后主持国家面上基金3项和中国科学院知识创新工程重大项目课题各1项;参与973课题、国家重点研发计划科技支撑和中科院战略先导科技专项等项目10多项。发表论文70多篇(SCI30余篇),发明专利5项;联合培养硕士毕业生10余人。2014年度与2017年度分获中国科学院科技促进发展奖(排名第7与第10);兼任湖南省科学技术协会委员、湖南省循环农业产业学会副秘书长、湖南省农业系统工程学会常务理事。
