研究方向与特色:
核酸适配体(Aptamer)是一类由指数富集配体系统进化技术(SELEX)筛选得到的短单链DNA或RNA核苷酸序列,能够特异识别肿瘤细胞及相关肿瘤标志物。除了具备与抗体类似的识别性能外,Aptamer的很多特性优于抗体,如易合成、易修饰、性质稳定、设计灵活、无免疫原性和生物毒性等,被誉为“化学抗体”,是一种极具潜力的新型肿瘤识别分子,已在肿瘤的分子诊断、靶向治疗及相关基础研究中显示出独特优势和重要应用价值。本人目前主要开展肿瘤细胞核酸适配体的筛选和性能研究、基于核酸适配体的肿瘤早期检测和治疗以及肿瘤细胞表面糖基化成像等工作。
