孙恩伟,理学博士,哈尔滨工业大学仪器科学与工程学院,副教授、硕士生导师。主要从事高性能压电、铁电材料制备与性能表征技术、超声电子学器件与系统集成设计等领域的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、国家和黑龙江省博士后基金、哈尔滨市科技创新人才专项基金、哈工大创新基金等项目,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)、哈工大重大科研项目培育计划等项目。申请国家发明专利5项,在Progress in Materials Science、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、Applied Physics Letters等SCI期刊上发表论文40余篇。
