杨彬，男，汉族，1972年生。教授，博士生导师，德国洪堡学者；黑龙江省杰出青年基金获得者；哈尔滨工业大学仪器科学与工程学院副院长，凝聚态科学与技术研究所副所长。

先后主持、参与承担国家自然科学项目、国家科技支撑项目、973项目、国防973项目、863项目、省市科技攻关项目、香港研究资助局项目等多项科研项目十余项，获得黑龙江省高校科技一等奖一项，参与编写的《材料科学导论》获国家教学成果二等奖一项。发表SCI论文130余篇。
