马萍，女，1970年生。哈尔滨工业大学航天学院控制与仿真中心教授，博士生导师；中国仿真学会常务理事，中国计算机用户协会仿真应用分会理事。

先后主持承担军口863、973项目、仿真预研基金重点项目、总装备部仿真预研项目、空军预研项目、装备发展部仿真预研项目以及航天科工、航天科技、兵器、船舶、电子等多项横向合作项目等。
