个人基本情况 李小平（Li Xiaoping，Research Fellow）1966年1月出生，博士，研究员，博士生导师，华中科技大学GET创新团队创始人，国家科技重大专项“极大规模集成电路装备及成套工艺”总体组专家。作为第一负责人承担国家和省市政府资助、企业委托等项目30余项。获得授权发明专利55项，其中第一发明人授权专利23项，发表SCI检索论文20余篇。2013年创立华中科技大学GET创新团队，探索学位培养、科学研究、产品研发三者结合的培养模式，强调研究生的自主管理、产品的正向研发（创新、非复制）、工程与科学相结合的技术研究，团队的愿景为：“一流的就业、一流的学术、一流的技术”。近三年研究生毕业生就业全部为华为、大疆、小米、汇川、宁德时代、海康威视等国内著名企业。

主要研究方向


一、技术方向
主要围绕投影光刻机等关键集成电路装备的温度控制、空气净化等核心技术开展研究，为集成电路关键装备提供完整的热控技术解决方案，包括：温度控制技术、热仿真技术、主动散热技术。
二、培养方向
1）控制板卡设计：高精度温度采集板卡和高精度温度控制板卡的设计与研发。
2）软件算法研究：空气温度控制算法、流体温度控制算法和固体结构温度控制算法。
