朱秋劲,男,1969.8出生于贵州惠水,汉族。1991年毕业于贵州大学畜产品加工与贮藏专业;1999年获得西南大学农产品加工与贮藏工程硕士学位;2007年毕业于江南大学,获食品营养与安全专业博士学位。现任贵州大学酿酒与食品工程学院副院长、贵州省委办公厅服务决策专家智库成员、贵州大学食品科学工程研究中心副主任、中国畜产品加工研究会会员、国家牛肉加工技术研发(永红)分中心主任、贵阳市食品工业协会理事、《肉类研究》编委、《食品科学》核心审稿专家。是2010年贵州省优秀科技教育人才省长资金资助项目获得者,2011年贵州省第八批优秀青年科技人才项目获得者。
主持国家自然科学基金项目、省基金项目、省组织部“科技兴村”项目、省农业攻关项目、科技部科技人员服务企业项目等纵向项目共9项;参与国家级、省部级纵向项目近20项;主持和参与各种横向合作项目20余项。将地方畜产资源与现代化加工与检测技术紧密联结,凝练成以畜产品加工功能化、特色化发展方向和围绕畜品食品营养与安全开展的分子印迹应用基础研究的相互交融、特色鲜明的技术研发团队。2012年以来发表论文59篇,其中SCI 4篇、EI 4篇、核心22篇,教学研究论文2篇,地方标准1项;主编和副主编著作各1部,参编教材1部,参编著作1部;主持和参与的科研鉴定成果4项;主持获贵州省科技进步三等奖1项,省级优秀论文三等奖2项。并作为省内多家规模化食品加工企业技术顾问,长期为全省三穗鸭、香猪、可乐猪、乌骨鸡、火鸡、乳制品、肉牛、羊等特色畜产品产业化发展提供技术支撑,促进了企业新品开发、项目申报、人才培养、实验室建设、检测资质认证和自主知识产权建设。
与泰国苏南拉里理工大学食品系主任Jirawat Yongsawatdigul 博士达成了互换研究生和开展联合研究的长期合作关系。
