靳志文,男,教授,研究生导师,1990年出生于山西省朔州市。迄今为止,共主持国家自然科学基金等纵向科研项目3项,横向项目1项,中央高校团队建设项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,获授权中国发明专利6项。以第一、通讯或共同通讯作者在Nat. Commun., Joule, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Mater. Today, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Energy Lett., Sci. 研究方向
主要研究方向为新型光电转换材料的设计、多功能集成与器件应用。聚焦清洁能源和智能制造两个领域的重大国家战略需求开展研究,努力推动限制领域发展的基础性科学问题和工艺技术瓶颈的解决;通过低维结构设计有效提高材料与器件的稳定性,从“光”和“电”两个方面研究了光伏器件与光探测器性能潜在的提升途径,希望总结出普适性的设计原理及优化策略。具体研究方向:1.低维功能材料的合成及半导体薄膜的生长;2.光伏器件、光电探测器及X射线检测成像应用;3.光电转换器件相关物理问题的模拟、计算与分析。团队拥有从低维材料合成、光电转换器件制备、到器件性能测试的整套设备,科研条件优越。
教学及学生指导情况
