教授

刘川教授。在清华大学和英国剑桥大学分别获得学士和博士。曾在日本国立物质材料研究机构(NIMS)、韩国东国大学工作。2014年后任职中山大学,并加入光电材料与技术国家重点实验室和广东省显示材料重点实验室。
在大面积电子材料及器件领域中,研究有机和氧化物半导体材料,及薄膜晶体管、传感器等器件的原理和设计,开发高精度印刷制备技术,形成柔性显示和穿戴电子等应用。

代表性科研成果:
代表性成果:
(1) 有机晶体管方面,在室温、大气下,印刷制备高迁移率器件,并观察到类能带传输现象。实现制备纸上TFT阵列,全低温、印刷制程。
(2) 氧化物晶体管方面,实现梯度掺杂、双栅结构等,兼顾高迁移率和稳定性,性能达到OLED显示的驱动需求。
(3) 研究薄膜晶体管的非理想特性,揭示能带异常弯曲带来的非线性电荷积累效应,解释了晶体管工作机制,提出分析方法和诊断工具。
