邓文斌，中山大学深圳药学院院长，加州大学戴维斯终身正教授、并任“广东省干细胞与创新药物工程技术研究中心”主任，长期从事干细胞与胶质细胞生物学及其在中枢神经再生中的基础与应用研究。发表?80多篇高水平论文，在神经干细胞和胶质细胞研究领域取得了一系列创新性成果。
