研究简介本课题组致力于病毒相关的结构生物学研究。研究的手段主要包括冷冻电子显微术、X射线晶体学、生物化学与分子生物学以及蛋白质设计。研究内容同时涉及基础理论和应用两个方面。基础理论方面主要研究大型双链DNA病毒（如T4噬菌体、疱疹病毒等）的组装以及与宿主相互作用的机制，同步进行冷冻电镜相关方法开发以攻克研究过程中遇到的技术瓶颈。应用方面主要以蛋白质设计为手段，基于已有结构信息针对致病病毒（如流感病毒和疱疹病毒等）进行疫苗开发和优化。已在国际知名杂志上发表多篇SCI文章，包括Nature Structural & Molecular Biology，Nature Communications等。
