长期以来一直致力于通过基因表达调控与干预策略和细胞信号转导技术,探讨肿瘤免疫和移植免疫的分子机制及其生物治疗新法。曾在印度Bose 研究院院长、免疫学系PK. Ray教授的指导下作研究;在美国杜克大学做研究员和担任研究项目PI(protocol principal investigator)。 主持完成国家自然科学基金和省自然科学基金项目7项以及省优秀科技人才专项基金项目1项,主要完成美国NIH RO1和R21项目3项,在国内外专业杂志上发表论文120余篇,参编专著和本科教材5部,培养研究生31名。曾获省科技进步二等奖1项(排名第一),其它省科技进步奖多项(排名第一至第四)。为国家自然科学基金项目、国家“863”项目、广东省自然科学基金项目和广州市科技攻关项目评审专家,《中华现代内科学杂志》和《中国组织工程研究与临床康复》常务编委,美国J Cell Biochem、 Biochem Cell Boil和Cell Immunol等杂志审稿人,美国免疫学家学会和美国生物化学与分子生物学学会会员。主要享有省政府特殊津贴,省卫生科技先进工作者,省第二届青年科技奖,市科技进步先进工作者和市优秀青年科技工作者等荣誉。近年来被SCI收录的主要代表作如下(第一作者或通讯作者):
