安林,华盛顿大学博士。广东青年五四奖章获得者。主要研究方向:生物医学光子学,医学功能性成像,医学影像分析处理算法。致力于基于光学相干层析成像技术(Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT)的图像分析算法研究以及原型机/产品的研发。OCT技术是眼科诊断领域的平台性技术,是大多数眼科疾病的标准检测手段,并被应用到皮肤科、内窥等多个临床医学领域。研究高性能、实用化的OCT技术和推广该技术在临床上的应用,具有十分重要的医学意义。本人在OCT血管造影技术(OCT Angiography,OCTA)上取得了多项突破,使得在结构性成像的同时,实现了对眼底微血管的功能性成像;所开发的软件算法成为领域内应用最广泛的OCT血管造影算法之一。全程参与了血管造影OCTA技术从最初的学术研究、产品预研、产品开发、临床验证。研究成果先后在国际权威学术期刊(Optics Letters, Optics Express, Ophthalmology, JAMA Ophthalmology, Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science等)发表。共发表学术论文38篇。论文总引用逾3000次(Google Scholar)。目前在研主持的项目包括国家自然科学基金面上项目,高层次人才科研启动项目等。
