秦嘉,博士,教授,硕士生导师,佛山科学技术学院特聘教授。毕业于华盛顿大学(美国西雅图),获博士学位。曾在加州大学(旧金山)医学院从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为:生物医学影像,包括软硬件系统的开发和图像处理分析。致力于生物医学光子学功能性成像技术的研究,包括自适应光学细胞级成像技术在内的多模态光学成像技术的研发和应用,以实现无创、无损、高分辨率在体成像,提取和分析出生物标志性参数。光学相干层析成像技术可实现生物组织内部结构和血流的高精度三维成像,是目前应用最广泛的生物医学光学技术之一。自适应光学成像可实现人体在体细胞级高分辨视网膜感光细胞功能性成像。针对上述成像技术,本人在系统软硬件设计、医学图像分析、三维微血管造影、毛细血管血流量的精确提取、血管动态变化和血氧变化的关联性、视网膜感光细胞与脉络膜毛细血管关系模型的建立等做了深入的研究。在领域权威学术期刊如:Investigative Ophtha-lmology and Visual Science,Optics Letters, Biomedical Optics Express, Optics Express等发表论文共计25篇。多次在国际学术会议SPIE,ARVO作大会报告。Google Scholar全部论文总引用次数近700次。曾参与美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)RO1项目超过3项。目前在研主持佛山科学技术学院高层次人才科研启动项目1项,国家自然科学基金1项,此外参与高层次人才团队相关科研项目超过2项。
