研究领域(Research Area)
海洋微藻(硅藻为主)的生化与分子生物学研究。研究内容主要涉及:海洋硅藻休眠期细胞代谢调控;硅藻硅吸收与生物硅化作用的分子机制;硅藻程序化死亡的生物学特征;海洋硅藻胞外多糖的分子组成结构;典型有害赤潮微藻的分子鉴定与系统进化研究;赤潮生物生理生态学研究;海洋有害赤潮微藻分子探针的研制与检测;微藻生物能源等。
Biochemical and molecular biology of marine diatoms, including: Cell metabolism regulation in resting stage cells of marine diatoms; Molecular mechanism of silicon uptake and bio-silicification on diatom; Biology of diatom Programmed Cell Death; Structural characterization of diatom polysaccharide; Molecular identification and phylogeny of marine phytoplankton; HABs & Phytoplankton physiological ecology; Phytoplankton molecular probes design and application; Microalgal biofuels.
