研究领域(Research Area)
本课题组强调“通百艺,专一长”,整合数学、化学和生物医学等学科的知识和技术,开展代谢组学和细胞代谢研究。主要包括如下三个研究方向。
方向一:整合信号通路、代谢组学和代谢流分析技术,研究肿瘤发生发展过程中的线粒体代谢重编程;
方向二:基于单细胞、亚细胞的代谢组学和代谢流组学大数据,分析肿瘤免疫微环境中的代谢波动;
方向三:以化学的视角认识代谢通路,运用先进质谱技术,以期鉴定细胞中新型化学反应,拓宽细胞代谢网络。
