主要从细胞生物学角度研究植物与病原真菌的互作机制,目前在国际主流学术杂志发表论文多篇,其中第一及并列第一作者5篇,分别发表在Plant Cell、New Phytol、Plant Physiol、Science China Life Sciences等期刊。获得国家授权专利1项,主持国家自然科学基金1项和中国博士后基金1项。博士期间曾获得国家奖学金和中国科学院优秀毕业生荣誉称号。
研究方向
1. 病原菌(稻瘟菌)效应蛋白的鉴定及作用机制研究;
2. 植物(水稻)关键抗性蛋白的鉴定及功能研究;
3. 细胞骨架及其调控蛋白在病原菌致病及植物免疫中的作用机制研究。
