以模式植物拟南芥作为研究材料,通过遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学等方法研究拟南芥类受体激酶参与植物免疫反应调控的分子机制。另一方面,探索SUMOylation在植物抗性反应中发挥的功能及作用机制。
