研究内容和意义
1. 植物与病原菌相互作用机制
大丽轮枝菌是侵染植物维管束系统的土传真菌,由其导致的棉花黄萎病是制约我国棉花生产的主要病害,被称为棉花的“癌症”,对黄萎病抗病机制的研究是目前棉花抗病分子育种的重要方向之一。我们课题组一方面以大丽轮枝菌-棉花为互作模式系统,利用转录组和蛋白质组学等方法分析棉花对黄萎病菌的免疫应答反应,选择重要基因深入进行功能和作用机制研究;另一方面,以大丽轮枝菌-拟南芥为互作体系,利用细胞自噬突变体进行比较蛋白质组学和细胞学分析,探讨植物细胞自噬参与抵御黄萎病菌侵染的作用机制。
2.棉花纤维发育的调控机制研究
棉花是世界上最重要的天然纤维作物。棉花纤维的发育包括起始期、伸长期、次生壁合成期和成熟期四个阶段。分离鉴定棉纤维发育相关基因,分析其在棉花发育不同阶段的功能和调控,是了解棉纤维发育机理,进而利用分子育种方法改良棉花纤维品质的重要环节。我们利用转录组学和蛋白质组学方法,分析了棉纤维发育相关基因/蛋白及调控途径,并在此基础上对纤维优势表达的转录因子、细胞骨架等蛋白的功能及作用机理进行深入解析,以期为纤维品质改良的分子育种提供目标基因。
3.马铃薯化肥农药减施增效技术的研发
针对我国马铃薯化肥农药高效利用及替代技术缺少导致的高施低效、流失严重和面源污染等共性关键问题,研发了具有自主知识产权的环保肥料增效助剂、功能性菌剂等专利技术,正在逐步实现产业化。通过技术集成,形成了马铃薯化肥农药减施增效技术模式,在黑龙江、甘肃、宁夏、内蒙等北方马铃薯产区进行示范推广。
