摘要该文主要研究国营企业的工作经验与外企管理层职业能力形成之间的关系。以现在外企工作的、有过国营企业从业经验的人为对象实行问卷调查,并分析受访者的工作态度、绩效能力以及岗位能力形成过程中国企工作经验的作用。结果表明: 在国营企业的工作年限、职务经历、教育经历以及最终职位等要素对受访者工作态度的形成、“成果实现力”、“管理能力”和“沟通能力”等绩效能力的形成以及生产制造、技术研发、人力资源、行政、销售和财务6类岗位能力的形成均有显著影响。 | |||

Abstract:Questionnaires were utilized with cooperation of managers in Japanese foreign affiliates who used to work in state-owned enterprises (SOE) to investigate the impact of these managers' SOE experience on their current vocational skills. Key research factors include working attitude, on-the-job performance and professional competence. Empirical evidence shows that respondents' work experience, educational back ground, job experience and final position have significant effects on their working attitude, achievement, communication skills, and management skills, especially in the areas of production,research,human resource,administration,sale, and finance. | |||
