【个人简历】
1988年9月~1992年7月，南开大学数学专业本科毕业，获学士学位
1992年9月~1997年1月，南开大学信息论与编码专业毕业，获博士学位
1997年9月~1998年9月，香港中文大学信息工程系访问学者
2004年1月~至今，清华大学深圳研究生院先后任副研究员、教授、博士生导师
【研究领域】
主要从事信道编码和网络编码等方向的教学与科研工作，目前的主要研究兴趣为编码理论、LDPC码、压缩感知、网络编码及其应用等。为清华大学深圳研究生院的研究生主讲《随机过程》、《应用信息论基础》和《信道编码》等课程。在IEEETransactionsonInformationTheory等国内外核心期刊上发表论文四十多篇。近年来负责或参加完成多项国家级科研项目，近期主持的项目有：
