【研究领域】
主要从事微纳加工工艺的研究,采用自上而下(微加工工艺)与自下而上(自组装,原位生长等)相结合的方法,实现微纳器件的制备与功能化。重点研究基于电化学加工的新型微加工工艺,以及微纳连接技术,纳米材料制备与组装技术与金属氧化物薄膜沉积技术。
