环糊精改性羧甲基纤维素水凝胶的制备和对香兰素的封装

摘要点击次数:1598 全文下载次数:0 中文摘要: 本文通过反相悬浮聚合的方法,在碱性条件下制备了多组环糊精改性的羧甲基纤维素水凝胶,以香兰素为模型物考察了吸附和封装性能。实验结果显示,水凝胶有着优良的吸附与释放性能,在环境pH为11.0时,其最高平衡溶胀率为1765.1%,当环糊精与羧甲基纤维素的原料比增加时,其平衡溶胀率降低。改性水凝胶对香兰素有着出色的封装能力,对香兰素的封装率可以达到95.8%。吸附后的聚合物水凝胶也有着优良的释放率,在中性条件下最大释放率可以达到93.9%,有着优良的重复使用性。香兰素吸附动力学属于准二级吸附动力学,其吸附常数K为0.0401,Qe为0.3273,相关系数R2为0.9853。研究结果对香兰素等对光、空气或其他外界因素敏感的物质在工业中的应用具有指导意义。 英文摘要: A series of β-CD modified carboxymethyl cellulose hydrogel particles (gel CMC-β-CD) were prepared through inverse suspension polymerization under alkaline condition, and they were investigated on adsorption and encapsulation ability, the results showed excellent adsorption and encapsulation ability. Polymer hydrogels were tested for their swelling ratio with respect to pH and feed ratio of β-CD to CMC, the maximum swelling ratio is 1765.1% under the pH value of 11. Swelling ratio would decrease when feed ratio of β-CD to CMC increased. Hydrogel are with excellent vanillin encapsulation ability, maximum encapsulation efficiency is 95.8% at low vanillin initial concentration, maximum release efficiency is 93.9% under neutral condition, which shows the reusability of prepared polymer hydrogel. The vanillin adsorption data best fitted with Pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetic model with constants of 0.0401(K), 0.3273(Qe) and correlation coefficient of 0.9853.
