生物医用高分子材料指用于生理系统疾病的诊断、治疗、修复或替换生物体组织或器官,增进或恢复其功能的高分子材料。课题组主要从事生物医用高分子材料的合成与应用研究,目前开展了新型生物降解高分子材料的设计与合成、水凝胶与微纳米凝胶粒子的可控制备、药物控制释放体系、组织工程中的材料学基本问题研究。课题组具有完整的高分子合成、本体和表面改性及表征的实验技术和设备条件,建立了从生物降解高分子的设计合成、可控自组装及生物功能化,到组织工程研究、药物控制释放体系制备成型、药物释放检验和测试等齐全研究手段。课题组拥有独立的细胞培养实验室,与中国人民解放军总医院(301医院)和解放军总参谋部总医院(309医院)等建立了长期的紧密合作关系。

Welcome to Research Group of Prof. DechengWu
Wu’s research group focuses on design, synthesis and application of biomedical polymers. The group possesses complete experimental technology and equipment for polymer synthesis,bulk and surface modification and characterization: from polymer design and synthesis, controlled self-assembly and biofunctionalization, to applications in controlled drug delivery and tissue engineering. The group has independent cell culture laboratory, and closely cooperate with some famous Chinese hospitals like PLA General Hospital(301 Hospital) and the 309th Hospital of PLA for in vivo and clinical evaluations.
