欢迎光临王树研究员课题组 我们课题组成立于2005年,隶属于中国科学院化学研究所有机固体院重点实验室。我们一直致力于将导电高分子与生物活性分子的特异性识别有机结合起来,设计新型的生物活性导电高分子材料,研究它们的生物识别与传感的机理,发展用于检测生物大分子与重要生命化学反应的新型高灵敏度与高选择性生物传感体系,发展用于疾病早期诊断和治疗的新技术。课题组每年招收博士研究生1名、硕博连读研究生2名,热烈欢迎有志于科学研究的同学加入本课题组,诚挚欢迎国内外科研工作者前来交流、学习!

一、个人简历
1972年4月出生于河北省沧县;
1990年9月-1994年7月:河北大学化学系,获理学学士学位;
1994年9月-1999年7月:北京大学化学与分子工程学院硕博连读,获理学博士学位;
1999年7月-2001年7月:中国科学院化学研究所有机固体重点实验室,博士后;
2001年10月-2004年9月:美国加利福尼亚大学圣巴巴拉分校高分子与有机固体研究所,博士后;
2004年10月:回国工作,任中国科学院化学研究所研究员,博士生导师。
目前担任有机固体院重点实验室副主任、北京分子科学国家研究中心办公室主任

刘礼兵
1978年10月生,博士,副研究员。2000年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,生物技术专业,获理学学士学位;2003年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学硕士学位,从事基因工程和转基因安全性方面的研究;2007年毕业于军事医学科学院放射医学研究所,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位,从事奎尼酸生物合成的代谢工程研究。2007年4月-2009年2月,在中国科学院化学研究所有机固体重点实验室从事博士后研究,从事有机导电高分子与微生物及细胞的相互作用研究。2009年3月留中国科学院化学研究所有机固体重点实验室工作,任助理研究员,同年12月晋升为副研究员,从事新型多功能聚合物体系在肿瘤诊断、细胞成像以及治疗方面的研究。荣获2011年度中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖。

黄一鸣
2018年10月至今:中国科学院化学研究所,先后担任项目聘用和助理研究员。目前主要研究工作是光催化可控自由基聚合,设计合成新型聚合物荧光探针,发展用于疾病的诊疗新技术。
2017年09月至2018年09月:美国莱斯大学材料科学与纳米工程系,博士后,从事有机半导体分子的合成和激发态光物理过程的研究。
2015年11月至2017年09月:美国埃默里大学化学系,博士后,从事新型光控聚合方法的研究,并设计合成用于细胞特异性成像的共轭聚合物荧光探针。
2009年08月至2015年10月:美国亚利桑那大学化学与生化系,教学助理/研究助理,获得理学博士学位,从事表面活性有机半导体分子的合成与电荷转移的研究。
2005年09月至2009年06月:南京大学化学化工学院,获得理学学士学位。

2018年1月科学前沿与挑战研讨会

2018年1月20-21日,我们课题组利用周末时间在中国科学院化学研究所天津研究院(武清基地)举行了科学前沿与挑战研讨会。天津研究院是化学所科技创新与科研成果转化基地,通过两天的参观学习,增强了大家科技成果产业化转化的意识。研讨会由刘礼兵老师主持,周凌云、周鑫/Sameer、王华、刘晓燕、赵浩、王建武同学分别围绕超分子组装与生物功能、生物电子学、生物组装体系热力学、理论化学、3D生物打印以及生物催化六个方向作了主题报告,通过分享国内外最新研究进展与成果,提出了每个领域的科学前沿与挑战。大家全体总动员,对文献进行了充分调研,报告内容图文并茂,生动精彩。大家讨论热烈,意犹未尽。通过本次研讨提高了同学们对学科前沿与挑战的凝练能力,通过多学科交叉开拓了视野,拓展了思路, 有利于进一步增强提出问题与解决问题的能力。研讨会圆满成功,取得了预期效果。(王树老师/文)

我们的主要研究工作是将导电高分子与生物活性分子的特异性识别有机结合起来,设计新型的生物活性导电高分子材料,研究它们的生物识别与传感的机理,发展用于检测生物大分子与重要生命化学反应的新型高灵敏度与高选择性生物传感体系,发展用于疾病早期诊断和治疗的新技术。

Welcome toour group!
Conjugated polymers are characterized by a delocalized electronic structure that exhibits efficient coupling between optoelectronic segments. Excitons can be efficiently transferred to lower electron/energy acceptor sites over long distances to super-quench the fluorescence of conjugated polyelectrolytes or amplify the signals of acceptors. The integration ofconjugated polymerswith biomedical research has already shown profound effects on the diagnosis for the early detection of diseases related biomarkers, cell imaging, drug/gene delivery and diseases treatment, which leads to a multi-disciplinary scientific field in a context of chemistry, polymer science, materials, biology and medicine with an integrated perspective into both basic research and application issues.
