摘要： OT百合杂种系（Oriental × Trumpet）花色种类丰富，花部呈色模式新颖，是目前国际上百合育种的主要方向。对世界范围内培育和登录的OT百合品种（1958—2018年）的花色和育种信息进行整理和分类，分析了OT百合杂交育种的历史，计算参与OT百合起源的重要亲本的核遗传贡献值；系统研究了OT百合色系和类型。OT百合品种共有8个色系和5种着色模式；不同色系主要起源于湖北百合（Lilium henryi）、鹿子百合（L. speciosum）、乙女百合（L. rubellum）和天香百合（L. auratum）等，这4个亲本的总核遗传贡献值分别为10.3035、6.7955、4.1250和2.5255；在杂交育种中出现花朵色块嵌合现象，色素合成途径的互作和染色体变异的演变模式是形成OT百合丰富花色的原因。
