摘要:以北京市为研究区域,通过通勤调查获取研究数据,基于计划行为理论(TPB),运用结构方程模型,分析北京市居民低碳通勤选择行为和影响因素. 结果表明:北京市居民低碳通勤选择是居民根据认知特征、人口社会学特征等自身属性,在成本和政策所构成的选择情景中形成的,受行为意愿、政策效果、通勤成本和知觉行为控制的影响;低碳通勤意愿由认知特征决定,行为态度作用最显著,主观规范次之,知觉行为控制影响最弱;居民认为低碳通勤的最大益处是减少拥堵,但缺乏舒适性和便捷性;通勤时间成本和设施便利性限制低碳通勤选择;引导政策中,补贴和限行限购效果显著.

Abstract:The theory of planned behavior was applied to study cognitive characteristics of low-carbon commuting and recognition of low-carbon travel guidance policies.Structural equation modeling was used to analyze forces of low-carbon commuting behavior.Low-carbon commuting behavior was found to attribute to cognitive and demographic sociological characteristics in the choice, including cost and policies, determined by behavior intention, policy effect, commuting cost and perceived behavior control.Behavior intention of low-carbon commuting was decided by cognitive characteristics, of which attitude was the most significant, subjective norm the second, and perceived behavior control the weakest.Congestion reduction is believed to be the greatest benefit of low-carbon commuting, although comfort and convenience must be improved.Encouragement from family and friends could promote low-carbon commuting, although time costs and facilities would limit low-carbon commuting.For policy, subsidies and limiting car purchase could significantly upgrade the choice of low-carbon traffic.
