Guo Bei, Doctor of Science, professor, Master’s tutor

The director of biotechnology department, College of Biological Science and Engineering.

Teach courses "genetics", "biological statistics" and "human genetics" for undergraduate, "molecular genetics" and “principle of gene engineering” for graduate students. Won several teaching awards, editor of two textbooks.

Major research fields are molecular biology and gene engineering in plant stress tolerance. Preside and participate in the scientific research projects supported by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, the program for excellent talents, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863) et al. 50 papers were published with 6 indexed by EI. Obtained the second class of Beijing science and technology progress award and the People's Republic of invention patent. Current works are mainly focused on the expression regulation of genes related to trehalose metabolic pathway in plant, gene expression located in specific tissue and gene transformation to different plants.

 

    

 
孙清鹏,男,博士,教授。2003年获华南师范大学生命科学学院理学博士学位,同年到北京农学院任教。主讲细胞生物学、生物信息学、生物化学、现代生命科学导论。2006年入选北京市中青年骨干教师。2006年入选北京市科技新星计划。主要研究方向:1)植物细胞信号传导;2)植物逆境分子生物学。近年来主持国家自然科学基金2项,北京市自然科学基金2项,北京市科技新星计划项目(B类)1项。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录3篇,EI收录11篇,CA收录7篇。主要从事植物细胞信号传导和植物抗逆的分子机制研究。
近年主持的学术研究课题:
1.  番茄LeWRKY基因功能分析,北京市自然科学基金,2010- 2012,项目负责人。
2.   AtCNGC2/AtCNGC19在茉莉酸诱导的钙离子动员中的分子机制,国家自然科学基金委员会-英国皇家学会联合资助(NSFC-RS合作项目),2009-2011,项目负责人。
3.  环核苷酸门控的离子通道在拟南芥茉莉酸信号通路中的作用,国家自然科学基金,2008-2010,项目负责人。
4.   AtCNGC离子通道在茉莉酸诱导的钙动员中的作用,北京市自然科学基金,2007-2009,项目负责人。
5.   AtCNGC2或AtCNGC4在茉莉酸诱导的钙离子动员中的作用,北京市科技新星计划项目,2006-2009,项目负责人。

Qingpeng Sun, Ph.D.

Professor of College of Biological science and engineering

My research focuses on the molecular basis of jasmonic acid signal transduction, predominately using the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.

Our research looks examines four fundamental and interrelated aspects of molecular plant pathology; (i) the role of calcium in jasmonic acid signal pahtway, (ii) the role of AtCNGC in jasmonic acid signal pathway and, (iii) the function of WRKY in plant stress response.
