郭蓓，女，理学博士。现任生物科学与工程学院副教授，生物技术系主任。2006年被评为北京市先进盟务工作者，2007年入选北京市中青年骨干教师，2010年被评为北京农学院教书育人标兵，2009年和2010年获北京农学院就业工作突出贡献奖。
为本科生开设《遗传学》、《生物统计学》、《人类遗传学》等课程，为研究生讲授《基因工程原理》、《分子遗传学》、《作物基因工程育种专题》等。曾获“全国教育电视节目评比一等奖”，“北京农学院首届多媒体课件评选二等奖”，“北京农学院优秀课程”，“北京农学院高等教育教学成果二等奖”等多项教学奖励，主编教材2部。
主要研究方向为植物抗逆分子生物学与基因工程。2007-2008年作为访问学者在匈牙利Biological Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences从事植物细胞周期调控相关基因的研究工作。目前主要开展与植物海藻糖代谢相关基因的表达调控，组织定位表达以及不同植物基因转化的研究。主持和参加国家“863”科研计划，北京市教委、北京市优秀人才资助、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家科技攻关、国家转基因专项、教育部、北京市科委等多个科研项目，发表论文50多篇，曾获北京市科学技术进步二等奖、中华人民共和国发明专利。
