在同轴并联混合动力系统和自动膜片弹簧离合器数学建模的基础上,提出一种包含Kalman滤波器、串级变参数PID控制器的自动膜片弹簧离合器转矩跟踪控制策略,设计了变参数转矩环比例控制器,对行程环PID控制参数进行了优化整定,对HEV模式切换过程中,离合器传递转矩的跟踪控制进行了仿真和试验研究.结果表明,所提出的离合器转矩跟踪控制策略具有良好的效果.
English Summary:
Based on the mathematical model of the coaxial parallel hybrid power system and the automatic diaphragm spring clutch, a torque tracking control strategy was presented for automatic diaphragm spring clutch, which include Kalman filter and cascade variable parameter PID controller. A variable parameter torque loop proportional controller was designed, the travel loop PID control parameters were optimized, and some simulation and experimental study on the torque tracking control during the HEV mode switching process were carried out. Results show that the proposed clutch torque tracking control strategy possesses better performance.
