个人工作简介
郑磊,博士/研究员,博士生导师,现任合肥工业大学副校长,“黄山****”****、“食品安全”中青年创新群体带头人。本科及硕士、博士均毕业于中国科学技术大学,“郭沫若奖”获得者。现为校学位委员会委员、校学术委员会委员兼生化材料学部主任、安徽省色谱分析学会理事长、安徽省农业生态与质量安全产业技术体系副首席专家、中国细胞生物学会生物节律专业委员会委员、国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)特殊医学用途配方食品/特殊膳食食品抽检监测牵头工作专家委员会委员,《科技导报》、《食品科学》、《食品工业科技》等核心期刊编委,省部级重点实验室学术委员会委员。
主要从事食品安全分析检测、肠道营养健康研究,以及物质科学与生命科学交叉领域的研究工作,主持国家重点研发计划“食品安全重点专项”项目“粮油食品供应链危害物识别与防控技术研究”等项目十余项,以第一完成人获省部级科技奖励一等奖1项、三等奖1项,参与制修订国家标准6项,发表高质量论文100余篇。指导的研究生获安徽省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛金奖和全国“研究生智慧城市技术与创意设计大赛”优胜奖。
