早期胚胎发育与生殖健康至关重要,本课题组基于基因编辑,胚胎显微操作技术以及体细胞重编程技术,长期致力小鼠与人的早期胚胎发育、体细胞重编程与生殖医学领域相关研究,曾在Cell Stem Cell ,Cell以及 Nature等国际重要期刊上发表多篇学术论文。目前的研究工作集中在:
一、卵胞质中母源因子对早期胚胎发育以及体细胞重编程的作用以及机制研究;
二、人以及鼠受精卵中CRISPR/Cas9介导的DNA双链断裂修复机制以及安全性研究。
