本实验室长期关注转录因子在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,致力于用动物模型,分子生物学,细胞生物学等手段,探索肿瘤发生的分子机制,寻找潜在的治疗靶点。目前的研究工作集中在两个方向:一是转录因子在前列腺癌内分泌治疗耐受中的作用;二是转录因子在端粒酶不依赖的ALT(Alternative Lengthening of Telomeres)肿瘤细胞中的作用,包括端粒的表观遗传调控,基因组稳定性等等。
