运用细胞生物学，生物化学，分子生物学等多种手段，结合基因敲除小鼠模型，研究先天免疫与炎症性疾病中的分子机制及其在疾病中的作用，为相关疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。主要研究方向包括：
1.先天免疫分子机制研究；
2.可溶性白介素-17受体在炎症和自身免疫相关疾病中的作用机制；
3.神经退行性疾病中炎症分子机理研究；
4.基于以上研究,筛选生物药物进行转化医学研究。欢迎具有生物、医学和药物等背景的博士后和学生加盟，共同发展。
