基于对肿瘤微环境的探究,主要从事抗肿瘤药物的制备及其应用的研究,开发一系列具有近红外吸收波长的肿瘤治疗纳米药物,利用荧光、光声等多模式成像技术指导肿瘤治疗,探究提高肿瘤治疗效果的具体策略。


通过开展转基因荧光激活蛋白的制备、靶向蛋白的药物传递、线粒体损伤机制的相关科研工作,揭示靶向肿瘤药物的作用机制,利用多模式联合的治疗策略提高了肿瘤治疗效果。
