韩国民 博士,特任教授,硕导,省教坛新秀,生物技术系副主任,微生物与植物互作机制科研团队负责人。1981年生,安徽省太和县人;2009.7南京大学博士毕业后进入南京大学博士后流动站,2011.7出站后到安徽农业大学工作。2017.10-2018.10在美国佐治亚大学Jeffrey Bennetzen院士实验室作为访问****进行基因组学相关研究。现主要以高通量测序技术及配制于Linux服务器(1.5T内存、50T硬盘)的生物信息学平台为基础,结合实验验证研究植物-真菌互作分子机制、植物营养吸收及根际微生物等。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金项目、省自然科学基金等项目多项,发表SCI论文30余篇,H-index为17,申请国家发明专利多项。
已建立的生物信息分析体系(欢迎交流合作)
(1)常规生物信息学分析:基因组组装(三代)及注释、基因组重测序及全基因组关联分析、转录组、蛋白组、非编码RNAs等;
(2)宏基因组特色分析技术:自主创新开发了同时从宏基因组中获取原核微生物和真核微生物编码基因信息的分析软件,建立了能够同时获得宏基因组样品中几乎全部微生物物种和编码基因信息的分析流程(尚未对外发布)。
