李长生,博士,教授,博导。2018年获得沈阳农业大学农学博士学位,同年进入中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心博士后流动站工作。博士及博后期间主要利用遗传学,比较基因组学以及转录组学等多组学手段解析农作物玉米在胚乳发育过程中淀粉和蛋白质表达调控网络,为改善玉米种子的淀粉与蛋白的分配平衡和优良品质提供理论基础。2020年12高层次引进人才进入安徽农业大学生命科学学院工作。近年来相关研究成果分别发表在《Nature Communications》《Plant Biotechnology Journal 》《Plant Cell》《PNAS 》《Frontiers in plant science》等国内外学术期刊上。

1.基于多组学及基因编辑手段研究结构变异对玉米品质性状的影响
2.基于表观基因组学研究非编码区远端调控对功能基因的影响
