1982年毕业于湖南大学计算机应用专业,1982年到2001年在中国石油天然气总公司江汉机械研究所计算中心从事计算机应用与开发工作,高级工程师、中心主任；2001年到2008年在中国计量学院信息工程学院从事计算机专业教学与研究；2009年至今在中国计量学院现代科技学院信息工程系担任系主任和总支书记职务。\r 近今年，主要从事计算机网络及应用方面的研究，先后主持了浙江省科技计划项目1项、浙江省教育厅科研项目，参加了国家质检总局科技计划项目1项。完成科研论文20余篇，获软件著作权1项。
