个人简介
在加入诺丁汉大学商学院之前，普拉吉教授（Professor Paulraj）曾在英国曼彻斯特大学联盟曼彻斯特商学院担任运营和供应链管理讲座教授，还在丹麦和美国担任过学术职务。在加入学术界之前，普拉吉教授已经做了10多年的IT顾问。作为一名顾问，他曾为美国俄亥俄州的许多客户工作过，承担过包括项目管理、技术领导、业务分析师、软件架构师以及程序员在内的多个角色。


教学
普拉吉教授（Professor Paulraj）在本科、硕士、博士和高级工商管理课程上均有丰富的教学经验。他最初教授的学术课程是定量课程(运筹学)，但最终慢慢转向了教学经验(统计分析)，研究方法，以及涉及案例和经验教学法的课程。普拉吉教授在多个国家的大学均教授过研究生和博士课程，他的大部分课程都得到了很高的教学分数和良好的学生反馈。


研究方向
到目前为止，普拉吉教授（Professor Paulraj）已经完成了SCM领域的一个完整研究课题。最初他的研究主要是SCM的关系方面；现在，他逐渐将研究方向拓展到其他关键领域，如物流、分销渠道以及可持续性。目前他的研究工作主要集中在可持续供应链和供应链创新上。他的大部分研究发表在同行评议期刊上，在运营和供应链管理期刊上发表了超过40篇研究论文，包括《运营管理杂志》、《国际运营与生产管理杂志》、《供应链管理期刊》、《商业物流杂志》、《国际生产研究期刊》、《商业道德期刊》等。
普拉吉教授（Professor Paulraj）现在是《国际运营与生产管理杂志》的副主编，同时也是《供应链管理》杂志的副主编。我还定期担任《运营管理期刊》、《决策科学期刊》、《生产与运营管理期刊》、《商业物流杂志》、《工程管理学报》、《国际生产研究杂志》等期刊的审稿人。
他的研究兴趣是运营管理、供应链管理、战略采购、可持续供应链和供应链创新。
