Abstract_Chinese:针对目前降失水剂抗高温抗盐性能差、适用范围窄、与其他水泥外加剂配伍性差等问题,选取 2-丙烯酰胺 基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、衣康酸(IA)为主要单体,引入新型长侧链含羟基化合 物,通过自由基聚合制备出共聚物型降失水剂 LX-1.采用红外光谱和热失重分析对共聚物进行表征,结果表明:各 单体成功参与聚合,聚合产物为目标产物,该降失水剂具有良好的耐热性能,温度适用范围宽(30~210 ℃).经水泥 浆性能评价测试表明:在 150 ℃时,掺量 4% LX-1 的水泥浆能够控制体系 API 失水量在 50 mL 以内,在 210 ℃时, 掺量 6% LX-1 的水泥浆能够控制体系 API 失水量在 100 mL 以内;抗盐能力优良,90 ℃条件下,掺量 4% LX-1 可使 半饱和盐水水泥浆体系 API 失水量控制在 100 mL 以内,掺量 5% LX-1 可使饱和盐水水泥浆体系 API 失水量控制在 100 mL 以内;水泥浆流变性能良好,室温下掺量 3% LX-1 的水泥浆流动度为 24.3 cm,相对于净浆的 19.0 cm,流动 度增加了 27.9%,静置 120 min 后水泥浆流动度由 24.3 cm 下降至 21.0 cm,流动度减少了 13.4%,而净浆流动度从 19.0 cm 下降至 11.5 cm,减少了 39.5%,水泥浆体系的流动度保持性良好;含 LX-1 的水泥石早期强度发展快, 90 ℃条件下 1 d 抗压强度为 27 MPa,且后期抗压强度发展正常;与其他外加剂配伍性良好,稠化曲线无“鼓包”、 “包芯”现象,水泥浆体系稳定性高,应用前景良好.
Abstract_English:To address the problems of current fluid loss additives like low temperature resistance ,low salt resistance,narrow application range,and poor compatibility with other cement additives,a new copolymer-type fluid loss additive,i.e.,LX-1,was prepared.LX-1 was produced using 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,N,N-dimethylacrylamide,and itaconic acid as the main monomers,and a new type of long-chain hydroxyl\u0002containing compound via radical polymerization.The copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermal weight loss analysis.Results show that the monomers successfully participate in polymerization,and the polymerization product is the target product.The fluid loss additive has good heat resistance and a wide temperature range (30—210 ℃).The performance evaluation test of the cement slurry shows that,at 150 ℃,4% LX-1 can con-trol the API fluid loss of the cement slurry within 50 mL,and at 210 ℃,6% LX-1 can control the API fluid loss of the cement slurry within 100 mL.Moreover,the salt resistance of the cement slurry is excellent.At 90 ℃,4% LX- 1 can control the API fluid loss of the semi-saturated brine cement slurry system to less than 100 mL, and 5% LX- 1 can control the API fluid loss of the saturated brine cement slurry system to less than 100 mL.The rheological prop\u0002erties of the cement slurry are good.The fluidity of the cement slurry with 3% LX-1 at room temperature is 24.3 cm; compared with that of pure slurry (i.e.,19.0 cm),the fluidity of the cement slurry is increased by 27.9%.The fluid\u0002ity of the slurry decreases from 24.3 cm to 21.0 cm,a reduction of 13.4%.By contrast,the fluidity of the slurry de\u0002creases from 19.0 cm to 11.5 cm,a reduction of 39.5%.Thus,the fluidity of the cement slurry system is good.In addition,the strength of cement stone containing LX-1 develops rapidly;its 1-day compressive strength is 27 MPa at 90 ℃.Subsequently,its compressive strength develops normally.Thus,it has good compatibility with other addi\u0002tives.The chemical curve does not exhibit the “bulging”and“core-covering”phenomena.Therefore,the cement slurry system has high stability and good application prospects.
