Abstract_Chinese:井漏是钻井过程中经常发生的事故,因此需要开发堵漏材料对井漏进行相应的处理.然而许多研究只关注 封堵材料本身,却忽略了堵漏材料的当量密度会对地层承压能力等后果的影响.此外,随着钻井深度的不断增加, 地层温度较高,地层压力较大,对堵漏材料的耐高温高压性能提出了更高要求.以环氧树脂 E-51 为主要堵漏材 料,聚乙二醇 200 作为固化剂的良溶剂和环氧树脂的稀释剂,重晶石为加重剂,可使环氧树脂基堵漏材料的密度在 一定的密度范围内可调,最高可达 2.0 kg/m3 .该堵漏材料是在热潜固化剂 Q-500 和促进剂 SH-A100 的存在下制备 的,可用于原位封堵与温度有关但不敏感的地层.经过相关测试表明:该材料在质量分数为 10%的盐酸、氢氧化钠 和氯化钠水溶液中具有良好的稳定性,暴露 24 h 后的失重率小于 1%,具有良好的化学稳定性;热失重曲线表明, 材料可在 230 ℃以上才发生分解,耐温性良好;抗压强度可达到 30 MPa 以上;在材料中加入质量分数为 2%的稳定 剂可显著降低因重晶石和树脂密度相差较大而在体系中的沉降,也可以保证树脂体系能够具有良好的流动性;SEM 结果表明,聚乙二醇 200 的加入可以改变树脂的断裂行为,由脆性向韧性转变,稳定剂包覆在树脂表面;与常规堵 漏材料相比,环氧树脂基堵漏材料具有良好的耐高温和耐高压性能,可作为一种具有较高应用潜力的堵漏材料.
Abstract_English:Well leakage accidents frequently occur in the process of drilling,so the development of effective plugging materials has been necessary. However,many researches have focused only on the plugging material itself and have ignored the influence of the equivalent density of the plugging material on the bearing capacity of the formation. In addition,with increases in the drilling depth,the formation temperature and formation pressure are higher, which means higher requirements for the high-temperature and high-pressure performances of the plugging materials. Using E-51 as the main plugging material,polyethylene glycol 200 as the solvent for the curing agent and diluent for the epoxy resin,and barite as a weighting agent,the density of an epoxy-resin-based plugging material can be adjusted within a certain density range up to 2.0 kg/m3 . In this study,the plugging material was prepared in the presence of the latent curing agent Q-500 and accelerator SH-A100. This material can be used in situ to plug formations related but not sensitive to temperature. Test results show that the material has good stability in 10%(mass fraction) hydrochloric acid and an NaOH and NaCl aqueous solution,with a weight-loss rate less than 1% after 24 h of exposure,It also demonstrates good chemical stability. The thermal weight-loss curve shows that the material decomposes at temperatures above 230 ℃,but has good temperature resistance. The compressive strength can exceed 30 MPa,and theaddition of 2%(mass fraction) stabilizer in the material can significantly reduce settlement in the system due to the large density differences of barite and resin,while also ensuring good fluidity of the resin system. The SEM results show that the addition of polyethylene glycol 200 can change the fracture behavior of the resin from brittle to tough, with the stabilizer coating the surface of the epoxy resins. Compared with conventional plugging materials,epoxy-resin-based plugging materials exhibit good high-temperature and high-pressure resistances,and have high application potential for use as a plugging material.
