Abstract_Chinese:\r为了解决寒区沥青路面低温开裂现象,设计适用于寒冷地区应用的新型沥青混合料.基于小梁弯曲试验获取基质沥青、沥青胶浆、沥青细料组合体低温应力-应变曲线,以弯曲应变能密度临界值评价上述3 类结合材料的低温抗裂性能.掺配不同粒径的胶粉颗粒使之与AC-13 混合料中的细矿料级配一致,并替换50%,的常规细矿料从而制备寒区高性能沥青混合料.通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验对其路用性能进行评价.结果表明常规沥青细料组合体极差的低温抗裂能力是寒区沥青混合料低温开裂的重要原因.以同级配的胶粉颗粒体替代50%,的常规细矿料后,沥青混合料的路用性能得到明显改善,其低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能有较大提高,但其高温稳定性能略有降低.该项研究为后续寒区沥青路面的设计及施工奠定理论基础.\r

Abstract_English:\rA new asphalt mixture suitable for use in cold regions was designed. The stress-strain curves for the matrix asphalt, asphalt mastic, body of the asphalt, and fine aggregate at low temperatures were obtained with a bending test. The low-temperature anti-cracking property of the binding materials above could be evaluated by the index of flexural strain energy density. A rubber powder of different specifications was blended and the gradation was made to be identical
with AC-13. Fifty percent of the conventional fine aggregate was replaced by rubber powder and a new asphalt mixture was designed. The pavement performance of the new asphalt mixture in cold regions was evaluated by a wheel rutting test, bending test, and freeze-thaw splitting test. The results show that the prime reason for cracking in the mixture was due to the poor anti-cracking properties of the body of the asphalt and fine aggregate. The pavement
performance of the asphalt mixture improved significantly after substituting some gradation rubber powder for the fine aggregate. The low-temperature anti-cracking property and water stability of the asphalt mixture improved, but the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture decreased slightly. The results establish the theoretical foundation for the design and construction of asphalt pavements in cold regions.\r
